Horizontal Opening Hydraulic Mold Frame DCPD-RIM Mold Machine

Mold frame mainly consists of mold frame body, independent hydraulic station, electric control cabinet and mold temperature machine.

3-1 Mold Frame Body: The mold frame supporting DCPD injection machine belongs to hydraulic open type mold frame. Suitable for mounting large and heavy molds, mold frame is mainly composed of several parts, including the flip mechanism, locking mechanism, translation mechanism and synchronization mechanism. Mold frame action driven by hydraulic cylinders, mold frame with a mixing head at the top of the bundle of fixed slots.

3-2 independent hydraulic station: the mold frame is equipped with an independent hydraulic station, the main system uses 11kw motor + 25L piston pump composition, the main hydraulic control valve using Germany Rexroth products. In the mold locking mechanism is equipped with a hydraulic lock on the control valve group, to prevent a sudden power failure may cause injury to the operator of the situation.

3-3 Mold Temperature Machine: The mold temperature machine is used to heat the mold with oil bath to ensure the mold temperature required by the process conditions. Use hot oil pump to deliver hot oil to the mold. Make the mold to maintain the mold temperature of 70-80 degrees in order to fit the reaction molding of DCPD materials. Use a set of independent temperature control system with temperature display.
